What kind of packing materials do you use for fragile items
We use bubble wrap, padding materials, and sturdy boxes designed specifically for fragile items. We offer wrapping blankets for any glass or mirrors etc. and ratchet straps to keep items sturdy during the move.
Are there items that RelocMoves will not move
We do not move hazardous materials, perishable food or animals. Our services also do not include.
How is the cost of my move determined
Costs are determined by volume, distance, and labour. Single-item moves can be discussed with our friendly chat team.
Do I need to be present during the move or at the destination
While you don’t necessarily have to be present for the entire process, we require someone to be present at the beginning to finalise paperwork and at the destination to receive the delivery and complete any necessary checks or paperwork. If you or the recipient are unable to attend on the day, we will require contact details from both parties to discuss further and confirm instructions.
How far in advance should I schedule my move with RelocMoves?
Ideally, schedule at least a month in advance to ensure availability and planning time. If you've found a last-minute gem and cannot select a day most convenient for you, contact us and you can disucss the move further with our friendly team.
